About Us
WHO WE ARE
Evergreen Building Services was established in 2010 and provides facility maintenance at a variety of sites throughout the greater Seattle area.
We currently employ approximately 65 janitors, who are members of SEIU Local 6. We are a woman owned business (WBE) and certified small business enterprise through the King County Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS) program.
MANAGEMENT TEAM

COMMUNICATION:
Communication is at the core of our company's guiding beliefs. Internally, we communicate daily with supervisors and crew to review projects, and we hold training sessions routinely. We provide additional, on-going training for our janitorial staff through on-site visits to introduce new products and techniques. For our customers, we encourage information sharing through frequent follow up with account managers, routine site inspections, written reports, and web based tools.
